We offer your choice of shipping methods offered by UPS (United Parcel Service), including: UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Second Day Air AM, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air AM. Cost will vary depending on your location.

We are also set up to ship via most collect carriers. Phone us at 800-233-02984 to arrange for alternative shipping methods.

Free shipping applies to single orders over $99 in value to be shipped to a contiguous US or Canadian address. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. UPS Ground shipping charges cannot be credited toward other shipping methods. Free shipping applies to web orders only.

No-hassle returns

We strive to makes sure our customers are happy with their products. Stock products (non-customized) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund or exchange. Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging.

Please call IDenticard at 800-233-0298 to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be lost or not properly received by us and therefore may not be credited to your account.

Items returned between 31 and 90 days will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, which will be waived if an additional order is placed at the time of the return. Items may not be returned after 90 days of the date of invoice. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us immediately for an exchange. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
